彬长矿区煤层气井钻井液配置合理性分析

Analysis on the Rationality of Configuration for Drilling Fluid on the Ground CBM Wells In Binchang Mining Area

摘要: 基于对彬长矿区地面煤层气井钻遇地层物性特征、钻井液技术难点及其适应性要求分析,对不同井段钻井液的配置合理性进行了研究。提出矿区煤层气井不同井段的钻井液体系:一开井段采用高密度、高粘度的预水化膨润土钻井液体系,钻井液密度为1.02~1.10g/cm3,粘度17~25s,含砂量小于4%|二开非目标煤层井段宜采用低固相或无固相聚合物钻井液体系|二开目标煤层段采用低、无固相水基聚合物钻井液体系或清水钻进,提供了无固相聚合物钻井液经验配方,确定了钻井液密度窗口,钻井液密度为1.01~1.06g/cm3,粘度16~20s,含砂量小于2%。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the analysis of the physical characteristics of the drilling seam、the technical difficulties of the drilling fluid and its adaptability requirements in the Binchang mining area, the rationality of the drilling fluid distribution in different wells is studied. The results show that in the first spud drilling, the high density and high viscosity pre-hydration bentonite drilling fluid system has good adaptability and good drilling effect. The drilling fluid density is 1.02 ~ 1.10g / cm3, the viscosity is 17 ~ 25S, the sand content is less than 4%; The second section drilling, non-target coal seam section should adopt low solid or solid polymer drilling fluid system, drilling fluid density of 1.01 ~ 1.06g / cm3, viscosity 16 ~ 20S, sand content of less than 2%;.For the target coal seam section, pointed out that the drilling fluid density window suitable for different fields, and it is appropriate to use low solid or solid-free water-based polymer drilling fluid system, also water drilling can be used, and provide reference for non-solid polymer drilling fluid formula. The paper provides the reference value for the drilling optimization of CBM development in Bingchang mining area in the future.
